Put my horsey up for sale as I have split up with my OH and we need to sell up to pay off debts etc. had a call last night from a lady who is really keen, said she thinks it was destiny when she saw the advert and would give my mare a home for life etc if she is suitable. I really want the best for my horse but I'm going to find it so painful when she does go. I brought her over from Ireland 3 years ago and have done everythig with her and she has given me so much back. Went to take her rug off this morning as it is a sunny day and she followed me back to the gate and stood there gazing at me and whinnying, its like she kows. I feel so terrible about it and just wish things were different. Why is it always about money?! Knowing my luck I would sell her on sunday and win the lottery the next day

Hi, I am so sorry for what you are going through at the moment, when i read your post i had a lump in my throat.
Can you not put her out on loan for a while until you get yourself sorted?

I dont know if I could do that. Things have got pretty bad in the split and he wants his money back (he paid for her). Plus I am job hunting after loosing my job so I cant really see a way out right now. Family have nothing to lend me and would rather see me on my feet for once. Maybe something will come to me xx
