Building stables- prices

As part of a uni module I'm currently doing we have to redevelop a farm, and I've persuaded my group (of 3 guys!) to set aside a large field with a disused barn to be stabling, paddocks and a cross country course

I've got the cross country bit sorted (and am currently designing a fab course!!) but need a bit of a hand on the pricing of stables as they don't seem to be disclosed on the sites of manufacturers. I'm looking hypothetically to turn the barn into an American barn with 8-10 internal stables and a tack/feed room. Does anybody have a rough idea of how much that would cost?!

My wooden stables worked out finally costing me £10,000 not including the concrete for 3 x tack and big hay barn. A fried converted a barn into indoor stables and it wasn't too different as she got someone in to do it, 5 x stables.

ours cost 15k including concrete 2 12x12 stables 1 12x24 and a barn 12x36 plus other things like damp proof sheeting ect
