Bulldog puppies orphaned at birth

Story on local news earlier, a litter of seven bulldog puppies have been orhpaned - and why am I not surprised? They are grotesque, their heads are the same size as the rest of their bodies. Bulldogs have been bred to have such ludicrously large heads that the puppies usually have to be delivered by caesarean section. I have no idea what happened in this case, but really hope that the mother didn't die delivering them naturally.

i think they are beautifull, agree they have birthing difficulties, but each to their own

Its not just bulldogs that have problems giving birth naturally, I think Pugs and other round headed dogs have similar problems. My Oh loves bulldogs and whilst I think they are sweet, I would not be able to put up with all the snorting, snoring and snuffling they do!!
