Bump on pup - reaction to flea treatment?

Came back from hospital on Monday to find pup had a huge egg on her head, its soft tissue and it wasn't there on Friday so I had assumed she had walloped her head on something playing with mum/other pups.

She went in for second vaccs with OH on Tuesday and the vet agreed probably a bad bump, it's Thursday now and it doesn't seem any less pronounced and Ive started my neurotic panicking.

I remembered I flead them all on Thursday PM and I'm wondering whether it's possible she's had a bad reaction to flea treatment, whether that's even possible! Thoughts would be appreciated.

Probably a head bursa. Massage and ice packs should help.

Unlikely to be a reaction to flea treatment I would have thought.

Thanks sandstone, I did as you suggested and it has gone down significantly since last night so I will keep an eye on it.
