For horse's first novice? Any info on either?
Never been to Solihull but did Burnham Beeches novice a few years ago and it was ok, not been since though so don't know if it has changed!

As I've posted over the past week or so .Solihull held the RC qualifier over their course, novice over intro, inter. over prenovice and open over novice. The novice was ok if your horse didn't mind a deep ditch but in the other two classes a rogue fence , cricket stumps caused havoc. Only one team completed in inter and none in open.
There were very experienced horses in it, ours was in inter .and has come 2nd in last two BE outings and my friends horse has done Hartbury cci and had problems.
They are also building a new water which I don't know if will be completed. If the cricket stumps are left out [they may have realised how awkward it was] the course may be ok, but it is not a popular place

Solihull causes problems across the board every year.
Burnham use the lovely outdoor arena for the sjing.

Ive done solihull a few times for area RC Qualfiers at Novice and Open level, and i have friends who have done the BE version who have realiable horses who has run in to trouble.

I'll stick to Burnham Beeches then! That was my original plan anyway! Thanks

I know quite a few people who have done both and everyone said how MASSIVE the novice was at Solihull.

I think Burnham Beeches runs better, from what people have said to me
