I have a few hours to wait between DR and SJ so i think i will walk the course then and i can watch a bit as well.

Just spoken to a friend they have 8.42 dressage no time to walk course and a 2.5 hour journey - Think they will need to leave VERY early

We're there all weekend, but my Dr isnt until 11.40, so will get there about 10 to give us time to walk course I think!!

Just as well the dressage arenas are away from the showjumping as OH will be skittling while you are mincing about in a rectangle!!

Yes you go through 3 or 4 different areas, quite a nice open course with a mound by the water with control and lots of spectators on it!.

You feel like you have been somewhere round the course rather than just back and fore across 2 fields.

BTW don't believe anyone who tells you that Norfolk is flat - there are hills and if it's windy a cold wind blows straight off the north sea.

its very tiring.... and they always use that curved jump at the foot of the hill on the way back...gives me the heebeegeebees but always seems to ride well.
