Following on from my other post about having tendonitis in my wrist which turned out to be, nerve issues, tight muscles and muscle wastage
I woke up on Thursday with a fat PAINFUL knee, really sore to keep bent for too long and using the clutch is a nightmare. I went to GP and they
said it was bursitis in the knee and was given Naproxen - been on the naproxen for a week and its still sore (I am getting an ultrasound of my knee later
today but I was wondering, does anyone else suffer with this? I was told by my GP that I wasnt allowed to ride when there was fluid in my knee :(

I had this last winter form kneeling too much (house maids knee) noticed it when I was kneeling on the pamment hearth making up the fire. Mine was hot and stiff, but only painful if I was standing on that leg alone or kneeling. Took about 3 months to go away totally. I did't rest it or do anything/have any medication. If you have medication and are kind to your knee it it may go away sooner.

I am almost certain I have this in my hip. I had a bad fall cross country on it about 5 years ago and it only caused bother after I'd done a hard days work, now it's almost every day! I need to see a specialist at some point. I don't take anything for it, I'm pregnant just now so wondering if that's causing extra pains. On visiting the doctor he just said I'd got a haematoma and the swelling on my hip would go away eventually....never actually thought to investigate inside!
