I used to be down the road, the area is very limited in terms of hacking and you have to go on fairly busy roads to get to the couple of options there are.
I visited people there a couple of times but I am going back about 5 years so this information may not be current.
I remember nice old fashioned stables with convenient tack areas.
Very small school which at that time did not have a great surface.
Quite rich grass as it is also a dairy farm.
Quite unstructured as at that time it was DIY only, no services or manager and liveries got on with it and organised themselves.
There's are people on here who used to have horses there so they may comment
