he i don't know if anyone remembers but back in 2011 there was a tragic accident where a blind lady was hit by a bolting horse and cart?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-suffolk-13838074

well recently i read that the horse involved 'Lucas' was put down due to a worm infestation which is truly what i would like to know is if anyone knew the horses passport name, as some may have seen the video of a horse i was given called Ollie aka Delami or Sleep, and i am having troubles with him and he looks exactly the same as the horse in the accident and he also will not let any one on his back nor long rein him, and i fear the worse that i may have been given this horse involved in the accident.
my Ollie would also be the same age as Lucas and also we don't know any history of him past 2012 junish time.
so please if anyone has any info on the horse involved please do tell me as it would really help us help Ollie as we are struggling to help him at the moment

Sorry, can't remember all the details. Suggest you put this in Tack Room, as I recall there was quite a lot of posts about this horrific accident.

If I remember correctly, the horse was subsequently sold to a loving home, but died due to worm infestation. The horse had been far too young to have been properly trained etc, there was some dispute over its age. It was so fortunate that it ended up in a good home, and tragic that he only lived for a short time under happy circumstances. I think mid you do a search on here, you will find the threads about this poor horse.

His name was Urasio, he was a lovely horse. Teza Englefield reflex equestrian imported him from France from one of the rescue sites. He was only a youngster when sold and when he finally did get the home he deserved he died of worm damage..

thank you all, both myself and the other owner feel that all the timing fitted in and he (oolie the horse) looks so similar and is so nervous that we thought that maybe some of the details in the news weren't entirely true but i guess they are. thank you again
