Bute - how long is it in the horses system?

Hi

can anyone tell me how long bute stays in a horses system, and the safe length of time between giving bute to taking part in a BD competition? (My horse has only had 2 sachets)

10-14 days or so. But I would check with your vet to be on the safe side.

7-10 i think but ring vet for 100% answer!
