Just totally random thought.... (and probably sounds very stupid and thick), but its hypothetical so just wondering peoples opinions.

Say I was to buy a yearling, would there be anyone likely to want it as a companion for a couple of years until ready to break?

I'm buying a youngster this year as well and want another youngster for company for it.

Since I'd be doing most of this youngsters handling etc, I'd expect some sort of payment for it (not necessarily money) and certainly wouldn't have it on a normal loan where I pay for everything for it only to give it back in a few years ready for owner to work on!
