Buying a horse whilst pregnant

Has anyone ever bought a horse whilst pregnant? Just found out im pregnant (was not expected) & I have found the horse I want but now im pregnant don't know whether I should.

i had bought a horse a week before i found out i was pregnant and im glad it happened that way round otherwise i dont think id have bought her.

money and time is short with a new baby but mine came with me to the yard and still does to do the stable tasks but when my OH gets home i go out and ride. you do need an understanding OH i think too.

i did get a sharer on board while i was pregnant and still have her now 2 1/2years later as its brilliant to have a sharer!!

having a horse and being pregnant/have a baby is one of those things - you cope cos you have to!

congrats on your news! The sensible me says I would wait, but I must admit that if I found 'the one' I'm not sure how sensible I would stay!

The horse will be kept at home, so that will make life easier. Ive managed to look after my horse at the moment with one child, but two is harder than one. My OH is very good & I was also hoping he could take horse out for a little plod every now & then.
