Bit of a whinge really, but Ive been backseat searching for a horse for a while, and am now in a great position to buy my own and be a really great owner....my question is every person ive rang to enquire about their horse, has not answered the phone!....i dont want to seem to harras them by calling them several times though!

Anyone know what hours are best to call someone?

Thanks

First time horse buyer!

I would say that evenings would be better, but then saying that if people put their mobile number on he advert then anytime should be ok
Just out of interest what sort of thing are you looking for?

Yeah, one was a mobile, they had emailed be early too with a few details......

Im looking for a nice type, possibly something that has done abit of everything, can still be green though, looking to event/dressage, anything up to 16.2 and 10years old really.

Thanks!

I may get into trouble here but have a look at our website www.egerdenfarmstud.co.uk * not thinking that ours would suit necessarily ... more trying to show off our new website : ) *

I would say anyone with a horse for ale should answer pretty much anytime if a mobile number is provided, unless stated otherwise, but dealers / breeders...anytime - that is there job!!

I'm currently selling my horse, have only given land line number on the advert as I'm at college all day. So I would say evenings between 6 and 9 is a good time to call people. If you ring and someone doesn't answer leave a message if you can, every time I come in the house I check messages and call people back.
I'm having a similar problem on that people leave messages and then don't answer when I call back, so I understand your frustration.

frustrating! i would say evenings would be best but do leave a message...i only phone people back if they leave a message...not just if its a missed call  good luck :)
