Buying seperate neck covers for turnouts?

Hi, ive found a bargin Shires stormcheeter rug on the net, but they dont have the matching neck cover, it comes with neck rings to fit one but I cant find anyone that sells it!
Can you stick any neck cover on a rug cos the rings all seem to be in the same places?
 
Try Hertford Horse Bits. They are on the internet and are really helpful if you call and let them know what size you want.

If ive ordered a 6'6 for my 15'3hh do you think he'l be a medium on large neck cover size?
 
Oh i stick any neck cover on! As long as its the same weight, all the rings are the same, although none of them match and he looks stupid but it serves the function so why not :)
