Buying shavings in bulk

Given the price of shavings locally (£7.40 a bale - eek!) a few of us at our yard are looking at buying in bulk in the hopes it might be a bit cheaper. Can anyone suggest any suppliers? We'd probably be looking to get a pallet of bales delivered.

Try contacting wood yards - I nearly got bulk from a tack shop who suggested I tried their woodyard supplier - it knocked off silly amounts of money and made it very worthwhile. Good luck
