It has arrived, Kay has got a payment plan with the vet but all in all 40 stitches, sedation, painkillers and antibiotic injections, 5 day corse of EP's and 5 day corse of anti b's cost £321.55 very reasonable and almost half of what we where expecting, stitches out yesterday with another round of sedation so it will have some added to it but i doubt it will be too much, Kay is very relieved.

Sounds reasonable to me to and glad he's doing ok :D
I'm still paying Lucys vet bill not that i'll ever complain about how much it was as it was worth every penny to get 8 extra months with her and i'd pay it all again if I could :(
Glad the vets have worked out a payment plan for you. It's good to have nice vets like that :) Hope Buzz continus to get better and is back to his old self soon.

That does sound good. Someone on our yard had an evening call out of over an hour, a Saturday call out, stitches, antibiotics, sedation, a return visit, etc too for a cut knee and a very similar reasonable price as she was expecting a lot more too.
