More than 50 animals have been recovered in a joint operation from CAARS animal rescue near Wolverhampton. Concerns for the animals’ welfare had been raised by the public.
Tuesday’s raid was carried out by Staffordshire Police with council, veterinary, RSPCA and dog handling teams. South Staffordshire Council is leading an investigation.
