Cair saddles - how to know if panel has collapsed?

HI, i bought a 2nd hand wintec cair dressage saddle off ebay, arrived today...perfect condition apart from im a little concerned one side of the panels has collapsed? i have never used cair before and wouldnt know wat to look for...fitter coming on monday to fit saddle anyway... But im not sure if its just from been packaged, indented a little on one of the panels? what would it look like if collapsed? Thankyou
 
I would imagine that there ought to be some resistance if you press the panel. Hopefully the air has been let out and you can get it pumped back up !
 
The main thing about cair is its not an airbag like Flair. I have seen one cut in half and its honeycombed like a sponge. I suspect it has got squished in travel and should reform if laid flat in a warm room. I havent come accross any that have collapsed so if it doesnt recover overnight it may be worth contacting weatherbeata in Banbury re warranty claim
