Calcification in fetlock joint

Wanting advice and information on this condition.
Horse is 10 and currently for sale. I have fallen for this horse but know very little about the above and what problems/issues it may cause.

I wouldn’t consider buying a horse with this at all. It’s a very movable joint and can’t think that calcification would end in anything but bad news.
If you’re serious about him I would suggest X-rays and discussing with your vet. Don’t take the sellers word about what is going on.
