It looks ok from the picture, i think it would look nicer in the flesh though, on top of someone's head.
Tbh i usually get my hats from a reptuble brand though (although am not a "brand snob"!). This one is only EN1384 so i'd probablly go for somthing like a champion ventair as they are trusted hats, unless ventilation was high up on my list
