Does anyone know anything about the new range of Caldene rugs? They look lovely but pricewise are similiar to Rambo turnouts, about £200 for a heavy with neck. Thanks

I may be way off here, but I have a little feeling in the back of my head that Caldene and Masta are owned by the same company/group? Could be, and again a warning that I may be totally wrong, that they are masta rugs under a different brand name?

Thanks, will buy Masta rugs if that is the case, they are much cheaper

No, Matchmakers International own the name Harry Hall, Caldene, Totti, Masta etc. I dont know if they are as good a quality as Horseware but they are not Masta rugs. Masta are Masta and Caldene is a better quality rug but they are just building the Caldene range now and like the clothing, Caldene is better than Harry Hall quality wise.

they are all under the same umbrella but not the same. Its an expansion of the Caldene name, they are now doing new leatherwork too.
Have seen the rugs which are lovely rugs. But personally felt Id rather spend the money on a brand I know is superb like Horseware and wait and see what happens with Caldene.
