Calendula Cream

We have been told to use this for buzz to help the skin not scar and the hair grow back once his stitches come out on Monday, Has anyone used it and with any success??

I use it on my son for his nappy rash! Never used it on a horse though.

You can get Nelson's Calendula cream for about £4 from a pharmacy (most will have to order it for you though)

I used it 30+ years ago to stop cracked nipples when breastfeeding lol. Brilliant stuff.
I would think it would help with healing. Smells wonderful.

Yes, it is brilliant stuff! My vet is a great fan of it, and now so am I.

Awesome, never heard of it before but asked my sister as she is make up artist and i figured as that she works with skin she may know and its what she suggested, i was thinking also of bepanthen nappy rash cream as this is what we use on tattoo's to help the heal and works brilliantly,

Yes always keep it at yard, very good for cuts etc. made from marigolds. Nice smell too.
