Call from Your Horse???

OH just sent me a text saying apprently a lady has called (home no) from Your Horse Magazine - no other details and apparently didn't elaborate - has anyone else had one or maybe I entered a comp and can't remember? Only reason I ask is my memory vaguely recalls someone saying they'd received a call but was some kind of scam? Hopeing Ive won something, but can't think of anything I've entered recently!

Theyve rang me twice, first time hubby answered then 2nd time me. Were just offereing 3 issues for £5 or something. Daft because I subscribe. Told her this and she just said oh ok. I dont know if its a scam or not.

Ah ok. Just very odd as I don't subscribe, and no idea why they would have my details - I dont give my number out!! I went to Your Horse Live 3 years ago, but that's it! Very very vague recollection of entering a comp, but dont think it was with them direct. I'm hardly likely to be lucky though!

I had this a few weeks ago - someone from from your horse called and left a message saying I had won a comp - turns out they were cold calling for a reduced subscription rate and had got my number from when I put my details on an online form to get some freebies.

i posted about getting a phonecall from horse magazine, it may have been your horse im not sure, offering me 3 issues for £5, but the rang me on an unknown number and when i answered they hung up, and they did this about 3 times! untill they finnaly answered me back and asked me about the issues, i said i was busy and a few days later another lady rang me and i said i was interested because im watching my money and they havnt bothered me since
