A few years ago I did a 3 day course with IAEP that involved a hoof dissection and lots of trimming of cadavers. it was really interesting and I would recommend it to anyone interested in hooves, not just for barefooters

No worries, yes I would recommend it to anyone too... a bit of self education goes a long way. Sadly, I don't know many people who are bothered enough to take any notice

But hey ho, it's there, it's current, it shows you in plain daylight how a hoof functions so there's no excuse really

There's plenty more available and you don't even have to look very hard

My trimmer works closely with Robyn and KC and she hosts them when they are over here doing exams for trimmers etc and she runs the Cheshire courses
