After a rather large confidence knock Ive decided to just do things with my boy which dont involve jumps when we go out to parties (Dressage, Trec, Endurance etc) but I would also like to try our hand at showing. Question is, I have no idea what classes we can enter and what both him and I to wear and look like (plaited, quarter markings, heels trimmed etc)

Here is a link to some photos of him, not sure if it will work as have no idea how to post photo's up here :/

5 year old 15.1hh sports horse gelding by Cor De Brevel (Holsteiner/Selle Francais) out of Goriteifach Glanbaiden (Welsh D/Arab), he is eligable for pasport overstamping as a part bred cob. The shows Im looking to do are local level, not qualifiers so not overly strict on rules.

First dressage test last winter, much improvement, consistant outline and less spooky/nervous:

Fascinating breeding - I look forward to seeing what he looks like!

You have to put photos in photobucket and then post the links here - I can't see the facebook pages as it says I don't have permission (not your friend lol!)

From the video I think riding horse, maybe small hunter. But really need some clear pictures to confirm that.

As spacefaer says, upload them onto photo bucket and we'll get to see them :)

He's very smart!

At local level, I would reckon on small hunter & riding club horse - you could also do part bred Welsh

He should be plaited with pulled or plaited tail, and heels & whiskers trimmed.

For your and his turnout, there's a sticky at the top of this which gives you full details - but plain tack that shows off his conformation, tweed jacket, beige breeches, long boots, hairnet, gloves - generally smart!

ETA: dark, close fitting numnah not saddlecloth
