I really need some advice after what I *think* may have been a huge vetinary mess up. I also need to know how making a complaint would effect my insurance claim.
I don't want to potentially slate someone on an open forum as i fully accept that i could be wrong. So if any kind soul who could help has time to PM me I would be very greatful!
