Calm and Condition - How do you feed yours???

I soak it before feeding, but another girl on yard feeds hers dry - I chucked the bag when I put it in a container and just wondered what the general concensus of how to feed it was?

Extremely wet, probably 1-2 the quantity of water to the quantity of C&C.
I've had a few chokes from this feed when it wasn't quite wet enough.

I soak mine for about 5 minutes, the bag says mix with lots of water and chaff.

The bag has warnings all over it saying you MUST soak it, and I've heard of other horses choking on it too. I put half a scoop of c&c and a whole scoop of Alfa A Oil into a feed skip and then run water into it until the lot is covered by about 1cm of water. I like to feed it sloppy but with water not running off it if that makes sense.

It contains sugar beet, so you really must feed it wet and leave it a while to rest.

My friend feeds it thoroughly soaked.

very wet. it's 40% unmollassed sugar beet!!

I put half a scoop of C&C in a feed bowl and then fill the bowl to about 4 inches deep with cold water. I leave it like this for 5/10 minutes so it has time to expand. Then I mix the comp mix and chaff into it so that the mix and chaff doesn't go soggy.

This product is fab but def needs to be soaked. I put enough water on so that the feed is nearly covered by water and then leave for about 15 mins before feeding.
