calmer for box walker?

can anybody recommend a good calmer for a box walker. my mare started box walking after 4 weeks on box rest after an injury. she happy and settled when she goes in her stable of a night but by the time i go up on a morning to turn her out shes really excitable and wont settle until shes turned out. shes not getting so stressed that shes sweating up but i would like to try a supplement just to take the edge of her.
 
i increased her hay as soon as she started box waking but it has not made a difffernce and she has most of it left by the time i get down the next morning. iv hidden round the corner 1st thing in a morning to see what shes like and shes worse once shes seen me but shes still doing it before i get there because her stable is trashed every morning!
 
Thanks ill ask the vet about it. Yes she can all the other horses on the yard and she doesn't seemed stressed its more frustration that she wants 2 get out of the stable and its like she's throwing a tantrum lol
 
I'd recommend trying a mirror - I bought one for my box walker and he has stopped. He will still occasionally spin round if he sees something extra scary, but even then he goes to his handsome new stable companion for comfort. He loves it!
 
Thanks 4 all the replies. I'm down there for 6 every morning and she's the 1st 1 out so don't think getting there any earlier would make a difference! I thought about a mirror but didn't know if they really worked but a few people have suggested that so ill give that a go 1st I think :)
