Calmer Help

My mare has not settled in her new home since we moved about 4 months ago..shes really really nervous, stands shaking when tied up (shes's really chilled in the field) and is really spooky to ride. Decided to try her on Supercalm and it seemed to work instantly - she stood quietly to be tied up and my sharer even managed to hack her alone the other day for the first time since we moved! But today I've gone up to ride and she was back to her old shaky nervy self, I couldnt even ride because she was so nervous and spooky :(
I dont know why it suddenly stopped working? She was only having one piled scoop a day so should I increase it? My problem is I don't want to be feeding her at all during the summer but I'm having to to issue the calmer - shes getting quite podgy! What's an ok calmer to chaff ratio?
On another note - do you think shes just generally unhappy at the new yard hence why shes nervy and not settled yet? 4 months seems a long time to not settle.. we are on a busy road so im wondering if all the traffic is freaking her out..

I use Blue Chip Calmer - had no problems with this and been using it for 3 years now. I feed it with a handful of chaff and some carrots/apples. I buy it from my local farm shop as its cheaper than direct from Blue Chip so worth shopping around for
 
i use steady up, it takes the edge off my mare, she is much better when seperated from my other horse now, an d is better to hack alone. She is usually very anxious in new situations, it has definately helped
 
I have tried quite a few calmers (inc GH supercalm which I did find to work) as my horse has a jekyll and hyde personality so want to keep him more consistent and easier to handle when he is having one of his naughty days, so far *touch wood* I have found feeding pure (99%) magnesium oxide the most effective, he is a lot more level headed, less spooky and easier to relax and continue working after spooking. I feed a 15ml spoon and he is fed 2 handfuls of chop. However I feed my pony magnesium oxide for other reasons he is fed 1x7ml and 1 handful of chop so you don't need to give her a 'feed'.
