Calmers wearing off

Hi

Has anyone found that instant Calmers like supercalm instant, naf magic etc sort of wear off after a few hours (where they do seem to work at first) and then you end up with a more excited than normal ned?!

I find that using a long term calmer as well as the top us is the best way to go.
