Im taking the slightly barmy one out jumping (i dont "do" jumping??) at the end of the month...
Shes quite easy to wind up, spooking wise i mean. Shes a star working with other horses/things galloping/broncing up her bum! (shes 5!) I want her to chill out/relax - shes already on valarium, which has helped her massivly, as she used to stress a little when she was the only one in (could still see her friends but stil...) none of that anymore
Im thinking would it be worth it popping an instant calmer in her feed on the morning before the show???
Or will the two calmers not be a clever idea?
im not the most confident person in the world so agreeing to go jumping is a miracle in itself :/ And so would like to give us both a positive experience!!! She has been this show ground with me before and jumped before - she was wonderfully behaved - but she was 4 and didnt have an opinion then...!
Thanks in advance!!
p.s if anyone in cheshire wants to take it instead of me please pm
