Calming a male cat?

I have had my siameas x since he was 7 weeks old. He is now 5.
He was neutured as soon as he was old enough.
We have lived at this address for almost 3 years.
But recently the neighbors have been complaining he is hanging around, fighting and causing trouble.
He has even taken to climbing in through their window at 4.30 am to beat up their cat!

How do I calm him down?
Reduce his testosterone?

He is a hunter and likes to be out.
 
Our Burmese went through a naughty patch of going into a neighbours house to eat their cat's food. We kept him in for six weeks (it nearly drove us all potty as, as he was seriously not happy and shouted about his displeasure regularly) and it did break him of the habit, so it was worth it in the end.
 
Keep the monkey in at night, so many cats get into fights etc at night, and buy him a plug in feliway spray for your house, its not overly cheap but will calm him, its pheremones :-) xx
 
Ive looked on hyperdurg and they sell calmers for anxious aggressive cats.
Anyone used them?
Recommend the good ones?
Mum has tried the plug ins for her nervous dog.
 
Second the Feliway Spray !!! it does calm them down i had 2 males (siamese and Oriental) unfortunately i lost one at a young age and the brother was distraught and extremely vocal in addition to this we couldnt get him neutered till he was past 12monthes (long story due to stress levels and reason for losing his brother) so we went through the testosterone thing, our breeder and vet both reccomended it and i must say it worked and had a calming effect on him worth a try!!
 
Feliway is great stuff. I've never used it to calm a male, but I had the plug in on when I introduced my (then) new kitten to my older female and it helped no end.

Thinking about the feliway, yes it will keep him calm when i have to keep him in.
But what about when he goes back out?
How long with the calming fragrance last?
I was thinking about drops or tablets that will last even when he goes outside.
