I have a 7 year old TB mare, I'm not sure if I should get her a mareish suppliment or a calming one?
I know this post will have been done thousands of times so im sorry!
(It's probably not going to be worded very well I'm tryingto keep it short!)
She is very spooky! She isn't higly strung in the sence of being joggy, over exitable etc.
She is just very spooky and unsettled, if a horse on the yard whinnys she will call back and run circles round her stable etc.
If anything changes she gets so unsettled, if someone drags a water bucket she will get so paniced by the noise etc.
Shes living out for summer and comes in daily for some days 5 minutes other days an hour oor so depending what im doing.
She's the same for riding, will have a few days being fab then a few days where she is so spooky and will bolt etc.
She also loves the boys! She isn't mareish in the sence she is grumpy, pulling faces etc. Shes never once put her ears back at a person! But if you lead her/ ride her past gelding she will jog, dance, squirt,pull you towards the fence and squirt at them then kick out at them if they come close and won't budge from that spot!
Just wondering if anyone can reccomend something to give her?
People have suggested the marble? Relax me or reguimate?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
