Calming supplements..... Help!!

I use Cool, Calm and Collected by Equifeast. It's an expenssive version but whenever I take him off it I have problems again within a couple of months so for me it's worth it.

I use Winergy Equilibrium, it's a feed not a supplement, and also Blue Chip Karma (magnesium based). The combination of the two has transformed my six year old.

I've tried most out there and Global Herbs Supacalm has made my life soooooo much easier!! I would NEVER switch back from it now.

try jasmine the essistianal oil in a bottle just let her sniff it for a few mins before you ride that works wonders and cheap!

Straight valerian calmers work really well on mares, the liquid ones work the quickest.
NAF warned me that the magic calmer works on nervous horses because it gives them confidence, it can make a naughty horse worse if they are already confident. It most probably wont work on a buzzy horse.
Magnesium calmers generally work on the muscles relaxing, where as valerian is more of a sedative, thou they are still able to take in experiences and learn from them. Caution You can not compete on valerian.
I use one called Tranquil which is valerian on my boy and it has worked wonders, he was a stress head.
Hope this helps.
