Calming supplements

Has any one had any success using calming / anti - stress supplements on their horse?
I brought a new mare home last week and she is finding things a bit stressfull and i was wondering if a calming supplement might help her settle in and if so, which one and how long does it take to work?

I found Horse First - RelaxMe worked the best. The loading dose is 7-10days but you should see an effect after 3-5 days.

Heard really good things about Horse First - but my horse wouldnt eat it!

I have had her on Feedmark steady up for a couple of weeks and I have noticed a difference (just takes the edge off) - she is a stressy/anxious horse generally
