Hi all, my pony is currently undergoing barefoot rehab at Rockley Farm and is coming home soon.
I'm having an absolute piggin nightmare trying to find anyone who even knows what calmag is in my area, nevermind stocks the stuff! Have tried going to / ringing all the feed shops in my area (including those who also stock cattle feed) and got nothing but blank stares despite trying every known name and saying exactly what it is.
Only place I've found that MIGHT stock it (and even them I'm going to need to ring to check) is Mole Valley Farmers nr Ripley but this is over 30 miles from where I live in Leeds and they won't deliver so I'm appealing to anyone who knows of anyone who either stocks it or can order it in a little closer than this, pretty please? (equally if anyone knows an online stockist that WILL deliver)
There have been a few stores that have said if I can get a manufacturer name they may be able to order it in (although I thought it was just a bit of a bog standard own brand type product?)
Really don't want to pay silly amounts for the purer equine version if I don't have to (but equally driving all that way for one thing seems a little silly!) Virtual cheesecake to anyone who can help before I start pulling my hair out!
Also title should say *CalMag but it won't let me edit it!
