Does anyone have any experience of Livery at Keysoe?

I know they changed YM a year or two ago, and seem to have 2 separate yards now. Facilities look really good.
Any thoughts? Good or Bad especially re: turnout.

pm if you prefer.

Thanks.

I think it was the general atmosphere, quite cliquey and not very welcoming. Both friends are extremely chatty and friendly so was shocked to find out they had been given the cold shoulder etc. I think the facilities are great but lots of competitions so you can't always use them. It probably depends what you are looking for in a yard, they are both laid back DIYers. Perhaps they both just had a bad experience and it was a much busier yard than they were used to. Has anyone else heard or experienced the same, or different?

Thanks Vicky, thats what I'd heard too, I really would like somewhere friendly for me (I'm quite chatty too!) and quiet for my horse.
But I need winter turnout for my horse, and a reasonable areana for me (20x60 at least really) its not proving to be easy to find. If I could find a yard to rent I'd consider that too but I can't seem to find anything.

Hiya counterpoint, it is difficult to find yards with all year grazing and arenas but they are out there! Biggleswade saddlery website sometimes has adverts for yards, also there are facebook pages that are good like horsepoo (theres a cambridge and bedford one) that yards advertise vacancies on xx
