.......ok so it was tiny, but it was her first ever one and i wanted her phyical effort to nothing, so it was a mental outing.
She was brilliantly well behaved in all that horrendous rain we had on Sunday...loaded on the way there and back straight away which as some of you know is a major bonus for us.
She was so good. we came third due to 1.6 time penalty, for being too slow. I thought we'd be to fast so came back to trot several times!!! lol
She managed well with the loud speaker which was a concern for us due to the last time she heard one of those was racing.
Anyway, next date out is the 3rd of July at Morton to do dressage, before we join BD in the summer. Prelim 7 and 19 to do, first canter tests after a very sucessful for walk trot tests where we have come 1st three times and 2nd once, so we decided it was time to move up. aaaagggghhhh, least our canter is a little less like a motor bike now and generally we get the correct strike off.
