Cameras on XC?

Can someone please clarify the British Eventing rules on wearing cameras for XC – in particular at Badminton. I've seen a video on FB of someone going round Badminton, obviously with a camera – I thought they had been banned -

As I understand it, they have been banned by BE and for BE competitors....but Badminton is run under FEI rules which allow them (think it may require specific request to do so?), and this is an Irish competitor.

I half remember reading something about helmet cams being a safety thing, the same as peaked helmets, so advice being to chest mount.
But this was back when go pros first became a thing so I'm not sure if newer cameras are smaller or you fit them somewhere different etc.
I'd be curious if anyone knows though, I should probably get one for hacking.

I didn't watch any Badmington this year and don't know the rider (I live under a rock), but feel the need to say that I enjoyed his politeness at the start and all the "good boy"s along the way.

I'm also wondering if I can show this to my instructor to get him off my case about clicking at horses (he says you should use your legs, not click! - but I can do both!)

I was taught by Caroline Moore who loved appropriate clicks. Effectively it adds without disrupting the rhythm.
