Anyone used it and what for? I've only heard good things about it and was thinking of trying it on a pony with mild sweet itch.

I've just bought some for a horse with sores in the corners of his mouth. Trainer recommended I try it as I've run out of all other options and they still keep opening up. We'll see if it works...

I have just recently bought Camrosa intending to try it on my horse's nasty little sarcoid, hidden away under his mane where I didn't spot it. Only heard good things about it. But when it arrived, the instruction booklet that you have to follow religiously (or results not guaranteed) is incredibly detailed and I think some horse owners may struggle to apply daily. Can't remember how often you have to apply it with sweet itch but I've got a feeling you have to put tons on and cheap it ain't. To save you buying it and finding it not right for you, I can look this up in the instruction booklet I've already got and PM you if that would help? The more I hear about Thuja, the more I like the sound of it. Good info under veterinary.

I wouldnt be without the stuff, its absolutly brilliant

I use it on our old TB he used to suffer badly from photosensativity, his heals used to be so sore he found it difficult to walk, we tried everything camrosa cleared it up and touch wood it hasnt come back

Used it on my one of mine thats suffers from sweet itch mainly for the sores he used to get, more than a preventative, its quite expensive. It cleared them up in no time at all and did actually keep the midges away while it was healing, i have put some on his sheath as well as he bites that and it helped, but im abit worried of it buring him in the sun, so used to apply it in the evening just in case.
Use it on all types of cuts ans grazes, as i said its fantastic, but you must follow the instructions, the people who supply it are very helpfull as well

My boy has a sarcoid/wart (vet wasnt sure which one it was) so we tried Camrosa and within a few weeks it had totally gone.

I wouldnt worry too much about when to apply - I did it every other day (when I remembered

) and it still got rid of it.

Camrosa has been a part of my vet cupboard for around 10 years now - I would never want to be without it....although I am right now - just waiting for my shipment.

Thanks, didn't know it was good for other things such as sarcoids and photosensitisation, one of the livery horses has just recovered from photosensitisation, I was using sudacreme but maybe camrosa might have been better! Anyway have just ordered some to treat the mild sweet itch, nothing else has seemed to work and I don't want it getting any worse, I don't mind applying it every day if necessary, whatever it takes to treat it at this stage!
