as title really!
a couple weeks ago autumn came in covered in lumps on her chest and neck, at first we thought she'd been eaten alive by some nasty fly but it soon became clear it was a reaction to something - what is was we dont know, nothing in her management has changed so its a total mystery.
anyway it was present for the last week and we were close to getting the vet to come give her some steroids however its all settled down now.
reason i ask is shes not felt her usual sparkly self the past couple of times ive schooled her. she usually loves showing off her big trot but shes just felt a bit flat and like she cant be arsed! (i certainly havent been overdoing the schooling either!). I took her out for a hack yesterday and did some cantering and she cerainly felt perky enough, maybe shes a bit sour or is it possibly this uticaria shes had left her feeling a bit flat?
