Hi Guys,

I bought a horse recently as some of you may know, a 17.3hh TB.

He is primarily for my OH but I have fallen head over heels for him!

Has anyone been a situation where their horse has been the same for two people? I don't want to break the bond I have with him but, he was primarily bought for my partner and I need him to bond with him too.

Any tips for OH? Should I take a step back?

I still need him to be well behaved and respectful to me. I am the one that will be bringing him on and hacking him out whereas OH will be learning to ride.

I shared my horse with my wee sister and he was the same around both of us. He hated everyone but us lol was rather amusing at times as he tryed to eat everyone appart from us :D He was very respectful of us also and was a gem for us to catch in the field but as soon as you sent someone else to catch him in the field he cantered off and wouldnt come in till we got him lol

I share Kelly and she is much easier to handle for me and her owner than she would be anyone else!!
Granted she still takes the mickey out of me slightly more :D but she has a reputation on the yard even though she's our little angel!!! :)
