Somewhere nice but cheap to stay as close to Burghley as possible?

We have got a trade stand down there so will need accomodation from 3rd, preferably a B&B or pub with rooms. Would be nice to have breakfast included. Doesn't need to be fancy but we can't cope with camping when we have to have our customer friendly heads on!!! Oh and we don't need to take any animals with us.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated.
