Can any TB race?

Stupid question I guess but can any full bred TB that is registered with the right people (weatherbys?) race?
I've seen a lot of TBs for sale that say not raced.
I guess some are too slow to race and some are bred privately away from racing but I guess they all go back to a racehorse in their breeding somewhere.

Any can, those that have not are bred by non racing people who just love TB also some get tried out at around two and are just too rubbish! slow, maybe non competitive, whatever, some are too big and heavy! some have health probs.

Their mentality is usually similar though. They like to take a pull out in the wide open! Having said that lots of them can be really sane and relaxed too.

Yup any full TB's with known breeding, with wetherbys.

TB's registered in Weatherby's non-thoroughbred register can race too - mine did. Her Granddam was bought out of Cambridge market with no papers.
