Oh man! You really do have a problem with being told off eh? Do you people who get annoyed because some mentions you have done something wrong, have road rage too, even when it is your own fault? I've often wondered this - seems to be a typical English response to put down those in the right.

Aw, please dont turn this into a nasty thread - go back to the sausages one if you want to discuss The_Psephologist's 'mistake'. For what it's worth, I think she's well within her rights to be a bit irked at having been called a 'waste of space' - I can understand how this sort of remark would grate, especially when the 'wrong doing' was completely accidental!
So tell more about this thread you are looking for and someone might remember it.

Argh! I'm trying desperately to remember...I thought the person had 'event/eventer' in his/her name, but not sure. It was a small extract of a biography, where the person was (trying) to talk about how they had come to be 'horsey'. It was all pretty standard stuff, everyone said it was not worth writing about! And then it transpired it was not 'a friend' who wrote it, but the actual poster...
