How can you prove that a person who states that they are a private seller is in fact a dealer ie. what is the legal definition of someone trading in horses? How many horses do you have to sell to be a dealer.

google the phone numers and see how many ads pop up, then with that info send it to the trading standas office and the tax office!!!

if you ring up 'about the horse' and they ask you which one, theyre a dealer!!

I do the same as Furby and always google their phone number. That'll usually show you their old adverts as well as the current ones (just click on "cached" version of webpages).
