Can anyone help? looking for a horse for someone

am currently helping my mum to find the perfect horse for her, she hasnt ridden for a while due to retirement of a 32yr mare. She is looking for something to gain confidence on, she is experienced and has ridden a range of horses in the past.
Heres the criteria!
Must hack out alone - good in traffic as busy area
Must be happy to live out year round with a good shelter, decent rug and the company of 2 horses.
Fairly quiet - mainly being used to hack out
15hh plus
cobby type preferred - no TBs.
age 6 - 12
Price range - up to "£2000
west midlands, north west area

I know of one that fits the bill completely but it is in the Middlesex area. Lovely Chestnut 15hh cob gelding not sure on age but know he is a happy chappy, good to hack etc
