I'd take a punt on the reply to that as being 'Can't be travelled as not insured to be transported elsewhere' .I would just reply, okay I will transport him to somewhere he can be vetted, and see what the response is.....
. On the original advert.. the loanee quoted that they were gutted to not be able to buy him at the agreed price when they first had him on loan a few years back. and that the price had gone up. So .. not sure what happened as the loanee had wanted to buy him.agreed Tiddlypom. Vets are used to vetting with no facilities. its in the job description. That cries "there's something wrong with it" to me.
