Can anyone help me trace my horses name/breed please?

i have his passport, but the front has been damaged. I don't have his 'proper' name as this cannot be read now. I have details of Sire and Dam though and all other details. I would love to know the name and also his breeding. I've got a good guess as to what it is, but would be nice to know for sure!

I would probably rather do it via PM though if that's okay.
