Can anyone help me with a problematic jpeg file?

Sorry I know this is not really an H&H forum question, but I am trying to put an advert on H&H online.
My jpeg is 3 MP and the file must be under this. Can anyone help me to reduce the size of my file?

3 MB is pretty huge. If you email it to appaloosacalendar@live.co.uk I will reduce it in Photoshop for you. Do you know what it needs to be size wise? Hotmail can easily take large files so don't worry about sending it. Just attach it to the email if you can. Sue
